PowerPoint enhances your presentation skills

Microsoft has announced that PowerPoint Presenter Coach , which helps you practice presentations, is now available across all platforms.

PowerPoint Presenter Coach was introduced for the first time in PowerPoint for the web version, and has been used by both students and professionals to become more confident presenters.

You can now use this feature across all platforms, including the web, Windows, Mac, Android and iOS, when and wherever you need it, on the go, or at home.

Presenter Coach takes advantage of artificial intelligence to help anyone, as presentation skills are more important than ever, especially in this hybrid work and learning environment, with more meetings and presentations than ever before.

Presenter Coach listens to you while doing your presentation aloud and analyzes what you're saying, and can warn you if you're talking too fast or slow or using stuffing words, along with weak grammar, and using sensitive phrases.

Presenter Coach users at the end of each training receive a brief report highlighting key parts of the notes to help them become better and more confident presenters.

In addition to expanding presenter Coach's availability, the company is also expanding the types of comments that this feature provides.

The company has announced three new ways the feature can try to improve your presentations, including body language, repetitive language, and pronunciation.

  • Body language: It's important to make sure that your audience has a clear view of your face, and keep your gaze towardyour audience, leaving a proper distance between you and the camera, and this feature is triggered with comments in the brief report about how well your audience can see you, if you're too far or too close to the camera, and make sure you're facing the camera.
  • Recurring language: Presenter Coach helps you identify repetitive words and phrases to avoid overuse, and in addition to listing those words and phrases, the feature offers a list of synonyms so you can switch them.
  • Pronunciation: Presenter Coach can advise you on the correct pronunciation of the words you speak during your workout, and when you realize that you may have mispronounced a word, it displays the word and provides an experience that helps you practice speaking the word correctly, and you can listen to the recorded word pronunciation guide several times.
