The new Samsung Galaxy Note20 and Galaxy Note20 Ultra are the successors to the successful Note10. Two devices that come with the latest specifications and above all with an addition that makes them smartphones different from the rest, which is the great S-Pen.

And while many of the regular Galaxy Note20 devices and not the Note20 Ultra were a small disappointment, in addition to having enough cuts compared to its older brother, it also doesn't have a technology called UWB or also called Ultra-Wide Band. But what is this technology? We'll tell you about it below.

What is UWB technology?

It's a novelty from the Galaxy Note20 Ultra that we'll hear about a lot in the future. It is mainly used to quickly and easily share documents, files, links, videos, and anything else that comes to mind with other devices that also have this feature.
Unlike other sharing systems, with UWB you don't have to select the recipient from an endless list of devices, you just have to point to the receiver and you will see that the file has been magically shared instantly. But beware, this will have many more uses than just sharing.

As we read on SAMMobile, Samsung is also planning to use ultra-broadband to bring in the SmartThings Find function which is nothing more than a feature to find "lost" devices like wireless headphones or smart watches. That is, if your new Galaxy Buds is under the sofa and you can't find it, this technology will help you find it right away.

And there's still more. Because UWB will also work to connect to cars and other smart products like locks. That is, we go home, direct our smartphone to lock and it unlocks instantly.
All this and more about this technology is explained in the video made by Samsung and we leave you below, and this UWB will undoubtedly be a technology that will give a lot to talk about in the future.
