iOS 14 reveals the full list of apps that spy on your phone



The new privacy feature in iOS 14 revealed a number of common applications that raised concerns about the privacy of the case, so users noticed on Twitter and YouTube that iOS 14 will tell you when an open application accesses your phone's folder, and it turns out that an amazing number of applications read the clipboard every time it opens. The application is in it.

We have compiled a list of apps that can access the clipboard when opened, the most prominent of these is the Tik Tok app, which was observed by the Twitter user (Jeremy Burge), and it reads the clipboard after doing a few keystrokes inside the app.

The researchers also found that the following applications were reading clipboard data for users each time the application was opened without a clear reason to do so:

Shortly after publishing reports that iOS 14 had detected apps spying on your phone, 10 percent of companies promised to stop this behavior, and Tik Tok also promised to stop engaging in these practices again. Here is the full list of apps that restricted this practice as of June 30:

Hopefully, the new feature in iOS 14 will make app developers more transparent about why they access the clipboard and what they do with this information, but for now, the best thing you can do is be careful not to copy sensitive information to the clipboard.
